I got up around 9.30 this morning. Since last night I promised myself to read cognitive neuroscience such as language, this morning I spent time with this topic nearly 2 hours and I found that It was very difficult and so tired. Finally I gave up and then cooked for my lunch before going to play Badminton with others Thai society members at Ethos sport centre, Imperila College. Actually, I can stay at home and do my revision further because I am in the Imperial Badminton team and always have matches against other universities that means my body is ative and fit enough to win the Samaggi game at University of Essex. To play with the society, I have to pay for 2 pounds each session which is expensive compared to 140 Thai Bath but I have to do because I think that others need me to suggest them for the training. Tonight, I am going to read cognitive neuroscience again. Spending too much time with the net is not reasonable for my study. Doing things like chating via MSN, updating my Bloggang as well as my web sites except this MSN space are not allowed to do for a while.
Things needed to be done in this moment are reading books, training Badminton for Ssamaggi game, preparing for PhD interview, listing equipment and facilities for stem cell research laboratory at my Pharmacy faculty, Chulalongkorn University by February as directed by Assoc Prof Duangdeun Meksuriyen.
Recently I have listed what supplements I have to take every days in order to keep my physical body and mentality healthy as follows:
1. Boots Multivitamins and Minerals
2. Takeda Folic acid 500 mg for my brain and my heart
3. Boots Omega 3, 6 and 9 for my heart and good circulation
4. Takeda Vitamin C 500 mg for my anti-oxidative system
5. Boots Korean Ginseng for immune system and holistic health
6. Boots Lutein and Zeaxanthin for eye health
You guys can take as well.

It seems your time are managed as it should be. The fit and firm condition is something I\’ve never met before. Despite the state\’s strong campaign on health and living in good shape, I refuse to exercise. Perhaps, I read Foucault\’s theory too much; he tells me this phenomenon in the Thai society can become the collective \’docile body\’. Do I "KidMak" ? haha
